One of a series of exuberant paintings made when I first reëntered the studio after giving birth to my daughter. This piece in particular spoke of a new boldness emerging, and thrills me still. It was the title piece for a solo show at Martine Chaisson Gallery, New Orleans, LA, November, 2023.
