The series encompasses the drawings and paintings I made while pregnant and in the early days of both children’s lives, as I navigated intense hormones and a shifting sense of self.

My first was born in 2020, so my sense of isolation & anxiety was also mirrored by the world at large. These faces capture a sense of that time.
